Machine Description
The HOFER RP 350 Tablet Press is produced confirmed to GMP Standards.
The machine covers are easily removable as well as the surface treatment.
The turret head has 19 - 36 Stations. Tool change, pre- and main pressure, filling depth, discharge level and the tablet thickness can be adjusted through easy access to the machine. The pre- and main pressure force are recorded directly with measuring bolts, which serve as bearings of the pressure rolls ( directly pressure force measuring). The measured data serve as base for the tolerance Control. Is the pressure force outside the range of tolerance, the filling depth is adjusted. The faulty Tablets are sorted by the tree way discharge rail.The three way discharge rail has a good-, fault- and taking out channel for tablet testing. All Production data are transmitted to the TFT-Display. The data are saved and processed by the TFT-Display. Every single punch can be shown on the 3D-diagram display. Filling curve, punch pressure, discharge power etc. can be displayed and programmed by the TFT.
